TaxitoJB.sg Refund Policy

1. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trip

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after this window will result in the fare being forfeited.

2. Last-minute cancellations: no cash refund

If you cancel on short notice, we do not issue cash refunds. Your fare will be held as credit and applied toward your next booking with us.

3. Credit can be used by someone you refer

No future trips planned? Your held fare credit can be used by a friend or family member you refer to us. Just let us know when you get in touch.

4. Medical emergencies (case-by-case)

We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or hospitalization, reach out to us with supporting documentation (e.g., a hospital letter) and we’ll do our best to work something out.

5. Completed trips are non-refundable

Once a trip has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
